周其仁

北京大学国家发展研究院
1982 年毕业于中国人民大学经济系。之后相继在中国社会科学院和国
务院农村发展中心工作，从事改革与发展问题的经济研究。从 1989
年到英国牛津大学、美国科罗拉多大学、美国芝加哥大学访问。1991 年入美国加州大学洛杉矶
分校学习，后获经济学博士学位。
自 1996 年 1 月起在北京大学中国经济研究中心任教。研究领域侧重产权与合约、经济制度变
迁、企业与市场组织、货币与金融、土地制度与城市化，以及改革与技术创新等。
2008 年 5 月－2012 年 10 月任北京大学国家发展研究院院长；2010－2012 年任中国人民银行货
币政策委员会委员；“十三五”国家发展规划专家委员会委员。

Qiren Zhou

Qiren Zhou graduated from Renmin University of China in 1982. In 1980s, he ever worked for the
Chinese Academy of Social Sciences and the Research Centre for Rural Development of the State
Council, as he was engaged in the research of China’s reform and development. From 1989, he
visited and studied at University of Oxford, University of Colorado, University of Chicago, and then
University of California Los Angeles where he got his Ph.D. degree.
Since January 1996, he joined China Centre for Economic Research at Peking University (CCER). His
researches focus on Property Rights and Contracts, Economic Institution Change, Firms and Market
Organization, Monopoly and Regulation, Land System and Urbanization, and Reform and Innovation,
etc.
He was the Dean of National School of Development (NSD) at Peking University from 2008 to 2012,
also served as a member of the Monetary Policy Committee of the People’s Bank of China during
2010‐1012, and he is a member of the Expert Committee of National Development Planning for the
13th Five Year Plan.
